Sweeping a resin bound path
Day to Day

General Care

  • Sweep regularly with a stiff broom to remove loose debris.
  • Wash with a pressure washer on fan setting — max 150 bar / 2,200 psi, nozzle at least 200mm from surface.
  • Avoid a concentrated jet directly on the resin surface.
  • Clean spills immediately with warm soapy water and a soft brush.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents.

Plant Growth

Weed & Moss Prevention

  • Remove weeds by hand or use a water-based weed killer.
  • Treat shaded or damp areas with a proprietary moss or algae remover.
  • Apply a suitable sealant to help resist biological growth.
  • Avoid solvents or acids — these can damage the resin binder.
Winter driveway maintenance
Cold Weather

Winter Care

  • Use a plastic shovel or soft brush to clear snow — avoid metal shovels.
  • Use non-corrosive de-icing salts where possible.
  • Avoid rock salt where possible as it can cause surface damage over time.
  • Sweep away residue when conditions improve.

Vehicle Use

Heavy Loads & Usage

  • The surface is suitable for standard cars and light vehicles.
  • Avoid heavy vehicles, skip lorries, and sharp or pointed objects.
  • Use protective pads under heavy planters or garden furniture.
